Job Summary
Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant role focusing on delivering personalized virtual consultations, educating clients on LaserAway treatments, and driving sales through outbound/inbound outreach. Responsibilities include conducting personalized consultations via phone or video, presenting treatment plans, coordinating with Location Directors and Patient Care Coordinators, guiding financing options, addressing customer concerns, upholding brand standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Requires strong consultative sales abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and flexibility for evenings and varying shifts. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $20.00 plus commission with uncapped earning potential; remote work from home with opportunities for significant earnings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
