Job Summary
Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant delivering virtual consultations and personalized treatment plans for LaserAway clients. Responsibilities include outbound/inbound outreach, educating customers on LaserAway’s treatments, presenting compelling treatment plans, coordinating with Location Directors and care teams, guiding financing options, addressing customer concerns, and upholding brand standards. Requires building trust with prospects, achieving sales goals, and providing exceptional remote customer experiences through phone/video calls and digital communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
- Excellent consultative sales abilities with strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team; flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
