Job Summary
Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant responsible for delivering personalized virtual consultations, educating clients on LaserAway’s treatments, and driving sales through outbound/inbound communications, with collaboration across Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors. Requires high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years of remote consultative sales in high-ticket luxury/beauty/dermatology, strong presentation and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts. Compensation includes base pay of $20/hour plus commission with uncapped earning potential; remote work from home with opportunities for significant earnings and paid benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
- Strong consultative sales abilities with focus on customer needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Evenings, weekends, and varying shifts availability
