Job Summary
Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant responsible for delivering personalized virtual consultations, educating prospects on LaserAway treatments, and driving sales through outbound/inbound outreach and virtual meetings. Roles include creating tailored treatment plans, presenting options, guiding customers through financing and payment plans, achieving sales goals, collaborating with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors, and upholding brand standards in a remote, home-based setting. Requires strong consultative sales skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work evenings/weekends in a remote environment. Includes uncapped earning potential with base pay and commission; opportunity for six-figure earnings in the first year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
- Strong consultative sales abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
