Job Summary
Consult with clients to identify vacation preferences, travel style, and budget by researching destinations, hotels, cruises, guided tours, and vacation packages. Present customized travel recommendations that align with each client's needs while coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services. Assist clients throughout the reservation process, answer travel-related questions, and communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms. Collaborate with trusted travel suppliers to confirm reservations and availability, review itineraries and booking details to ensure accuracy, and maintain organized client files and reservation records. Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions to provide exceptional customer care before, during, and after each booking.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or many other approved hiring regions
