Conduct needs analysis, collect census data, and present quotes to business owners and HR managers using CRM and auto dialer tools. Close new group accounts for health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans while managing a pipeline without manual dialing. Experienced producers may lead teams and territories as Sales Managers or DRLPs. The role offers commission on new business and lifetime vested renewals with monthly bonuses ranging from $1K to $10K, alongside an OTE of $90K to $150K in Year 1. An active Life & Health license is required, with licensing reimbursement provided.
