Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present products and services, and identify client needs to recommend suitable solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolving objections professionally. Stay current on product knowledge, follow established scripts and policies, and escalate complex issues as necessary. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements. Candidates must reside within 80km of the office, have high-speed internet, and complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- Work from home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- High speed internet connection
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must reside within 80km of our office

- Being bilingual is highly advantageous and will be viewed favorably
