Meet monthly sales volume targets by converting active leads into scheduled appointments while collaborating with operations to optimize technician routes. Requires full-time US business hours (9 AM–8 PM) with weekend availability, English fluency, and a dedicated home office. Required Qualifications
- Complete verbal and written English fluency with a highly engaging, articulate, and natural phone presence tailored for US-based consumers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by high empathy, active listening, and an energetic, personable conversational approach
- A distinct, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for inside sales, consultative closing, and navigating customer objections without being pushy
