Job Summary
Lead full-cycle B2B sales across Central and South America by identifying high-value prospects with real estate developers, resorts, sports clubs, and municipalities. Manage the entire sales lifecycle from cold outreach and needs discovery to technical proposal generation and contract execution. Build and maintain a CRM pipeline while absorbing construction specifications and leveraging AI tools for research and proposal drafting. Collaborate with operations teams to align client expectations with project schedules. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, proven B2B closing experience, and daily AI proficiency. Voice/video recording and mandatory qualification questions are required for application consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing full B2B sales cycles
- Prospecting high-value decision-makers
- Closing complex transactions
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish
- Capability to conduct technical business negotiations in both languages
- Daily operational comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for prospecting research, email composition, and proposal generation
- Strong capacity to quickly learn technical product specs, material compositions, and construction installation concepts
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
