Job Summary
Sourcing roughly 1,000 leads weekly via AI-powered enrichment tooling and building outbound sequences for cold email campaigns. Responding to 5–15 inbound prospect replies daily within 30 minutes, introducing warm leads to clients, and standing up email infrastructure for new accounts while monitoring deliverability. Remove 10+ hours of manual campaign work from founders' plates by maintaining fully populated campaigns and answering every reply. Work EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday) for a founder-led bootstrapped startup serving the catering and events industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, outbound campaign operations, or go-to-market operations at a B2B SaaS company, early-stage startup, or outbound agency
- Hands-on use of AI tooling beyond chat interfaces — Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex — including connecting systems via APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Demonstrated ownership of B2B lead sourcing and enrichment at volume using Clay, Apollo, Deepline, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms
- Experience running cold email campaigns on a dedicated outbound platform (Instantly, Email Bison, Lemlist, or Smartlead), including sequence build and reply management
- Experience setting up outbound email infrastructure: domain purchasing, inbox provisioning through resellers, and monitoring inbox delivery rates
- End-to-end process ownership as an early hire (employee #1–10) or sole operator in a founder-led environment with no existing playbooks
- C1+ English (CEFR) for written prospect- and client-facing email correspondence
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work at a productized outbound or lead generation agency managing campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- "Go-to-Market Engineer" or operational generalist background spanning revenue tooling, automation, and campaign execution
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or n8n)
- Exposure to catering, events, hospitality, or restaurant technology verticals
