Remote - Sales Manager

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and international logistics services across assigned markets; build and nurture relationships with importers, exporters, and key accounts as a trusted advisor for end-to-end supply chain solutions; lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets; collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas partner offices to deliver tailored solutions via air, ocean, and ground; monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting global trade; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and RFQ responses to contract negotiation and client onboarding with seamless transition to operations; track and report pipeline activity, sales metrics, and forecasting using CRM tools for leadership visibility.
