Remote Sales Development Representative (US Hours)

Job Summary
SDR owning the top of the sales funnel, driving prospecting and outbound outreach across healthcare distributors, enterprise accounts, and AI/SaaS/consumer health segments. Responsibilities include identifying target accounts, building multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and other tools), booking qualified discovery calls, nurturing pipelines, maintaining CRM data, and meeting outbound KPIs. Works in a remote, US-hours aligned setup as a full-time independent contractor, collaborating with global teams to generate and qualify pipeline for Account Executives. Skills emphasized include research, effective outreach messaging, objection handling, relationship-building, and data-driven process improvement. The role requires strong English communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot), and experience with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Halo.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3+ years in sales development, business development, healthcare sales, B2B SaaS sales, or SDR/account management roles (at least 6+ months in call-based or phone sales)
- Fluent English with minimal or American accent; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prospecting success: proven experience prospecting and engaging distributors, sub-distributors, or enterprise accounts in B2B settings
- CRM experience: hands-on experience using Salesforce or HubSpot
- Outbound tools: experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Halo
- Pipeline generation: demonstrated success sourcing, prospecting, and generating qualified pipeline
- Research skills: strong research discipline in identifying and qualifying prospects
- Closing ability: understanding when and how to move prospects forward
- Metrics-driven: focused on activities that drive results and KPIs
- Remote performance: proven ability to work independently and meet outbound KPIs in a remote environment
- Resilience: grit to handle rejection and persist in process improvement
- Nice-to-haves: enterprise sales exposure, healthcare domain experience, HIPAA-adjacent familiarity, AI/SaaS experience, content creation for demos, D2C marketing knowledge
