Job Summary
Remote Recruiter (WFH) responsible for full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for international clients; builds talent pipelines, conducts interviews and candidate assessments, maintains ATS records and recruitment reports, and uses multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, OLJ, etc.). Must have 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, strong sourcing/headhunting skills, excellent communication/relationship-building abilities, and experience with ATS platforms. CONTRACTOR role based in the Philippines with remote work setup.
