Job Summary
Coordinate candidate sourcing for international and bilingual teachers globally, inputting qualified talent into the ATS system. Proactively develop B2B clients such as international schools and public school international departments with hiring needs. Manage the full interview process and close candidates by driving them through assessments to successful onboarding. Maintain real-time accuracy of all communication logs, candidate profiles, and client information within the ATS. Requires fluent spoken English (B2/C1+) and a weekly commitment of at least 15 hours, including fixed daytime slots for weekly meetings. Compensation is KPI-based with a monthly minimum quota for full settlement.
