Remote PT, Ed Tech Conversion Sales

Job Summary

Develop new school and college partnerships by proactively identifying K–12 districts, universities, and educational organizations to build relationships with administrators and decision-makers. Conduct consultative virtual presentations to introduce life skills education programs, address objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. Manage qualified inbound opportunities by taking ownership of relationships and moving them toward partnership. Contribute to sales strategy by identifying target markets, refining messaging, and developing repeatable expansion strategies for new districts and geographic areas. Work independently in a remote environment during normal U.S. educational business hours, earning an hourly base plus commission on converted partnerships.

  • SaaS sales into educational institutions
  • Experience building relationships with superintendents and district administrators
  • Experience building relationships with principals and school administrators
  • Experience building relationships with curriculum and instruction leaders
  • Experience building relationships with student services leadership
  • Experience building relationships with college and university administrators
  • Experience building relationships with career services or student success leaders
  • Experience building relationships with other institutional education decision-makers
  • Comfort picking up the phone and initiating conversations with people you don't already know
  • Ability to turn an initial conversation into a scheduled presentation
  • Ability to conduct professional virtual presentations
  • Ability to ask good questions and sell consultatively rather than relying on a scripted pitch
  • Ability to follow up consistently over a potentially longer education sales cycle
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to help build processes within an early-stage company
  • Ability to be measured on relationships, pipeline development, presentations, and ultimately revenue
