Job Summary
Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing telemedicine care for clients aged 14+, focusing on mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. Deliver care plans, prescribe medications as needed within ADHD treatment guidelines, and collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors. Positions are fully remote with a schedule offering 25-35 clinical hours per week; compensation ranges from $130k-$187k annually based on hours, with a ramp stipend for 30+ hours. Requires PMHNP board certification, Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and active licensure in the practicing state. Training for ADHD standards is provided, and clinicians must adhere to Thriveworks' clinical guidelines and HIPAA-compliant telemedicine practices.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
- Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners need to be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing
- Willingness to treat patients aged 14 years and up
- Telemedicine/capability for remote assessments
- Ability to complete paperwork and assessments for clients
- Adhere to Clinical Practice Guidelines and participate in ADHD clinic training
