Job Summary
Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing telemedicine-based care for clients 14 years and older, focusing on mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related disorders. Prescribe medications as appropriate, develop and collaborate on individualized care plans, complete required paperwork and assessment tools, adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines, and consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff about clients, programs, and services across sites. Fully remote scheduling and responsibilities include treating a diverse adult/adolescent population with flexibility around hours (25-35 clinical hours per week mentioned) to meet patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
- Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners need to be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing
Additional Requirements
- Must be licensed PMHNP in the state of practice and reside in that state (SC) for telemedicine practice
