Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and medication prescribing for clients aged 14 and up via telemedicine. Create and collaborate on care plans while adhering to clinical practice guidelines and ADHD treatment standards. Complete assessment tools and paperwork, consulting with regional clinic directors on client programs and services. Treat diverse populations with conditions including depression, anxiety, and ADHD, ensuring all clinicians are licensed in the state of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification
- Master's in Nursing
- Active prescriptive authority in the state
- Licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Three years of experience
- One year of psychiatry practice
- Willingness to treat 14 years old and up
- Ability to prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms
- Ability to make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
- Ability to create and collaborate with clients on care plans
- Ability to complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
- Ability to adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Ability to consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
- Ability to complete an in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach
- Ability to pass a certification exam following the in-house training
- Ability to treat ADHD clients
- Legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire
- No employment visa sponsorship eligibility
