Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and medication management for clients with conditions like depression, anxiety, and ADHD via telemedicine. Create and collaborate on care plans while adhering to clinical practice guidelines, specifically focusing on ADHD treatment standards and avoiding substance use disorder care. Complete necessary paperwork and consult with regional clinic directors on client programs. This role requires a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority, board certification, and one year of psychiatry practice experience, offering a salary range of $130,000-$187,000 for 25-35 clinical hours. Fully remote with no required on-call, bi-weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including 401k matching and CEU reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification
- Master's in Nursing
- Active prescriptive authority in the state
- Licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing
- Three years of experience
- One year of psychiatry practice
- Willingness to treat 14 years old and up
- Make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
- Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
- Create and collaborate with clients on care plans
- Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
- Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
