Job Summary
Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older, developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and prescribing psychotropic medications. Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions while collaborating with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care. Maintain accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems and deliver care through telehealth to build trusted relationships with patients. Practice with meaningful clinical autonomy while working alongside a collaborative network of behavioral health providers. This full-time, 100% remote role offers $127,500–$130,000 base salary plus quarterly incentives, with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA registration
- At least three years of clinical experience
- Experience providing psychiatric medication management
- Ability to independently manage complex cases using strong clinical judgment
- Commitment to full-time practice
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools
