Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Lifecycle Software Development Manager to lead our software development projects through all phases of the lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while mentoring a team of developers. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of project management experience, and familiarity with software development methodologies. Experience with AI technologies and proficiency in languages like Java, Python, or C# are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development project management
  • Proven track record managing projects across all lifecycle phases
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to oversee technical projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Must be US Citizen

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience developing machine learning or AI-driven applications
