Job Summary
Own and continually improve Precursive’s knowledge base and training assets for end users and admins; create, maintain, and update training decks and documentation; define success criteria for learning content; ensure assets stay current with product evolution; deliver internal enablement for Services, Support, Sales, Solutions, and new joiners; handle internal release enablement and notes; explain product workflows and changes clearly; tailor onboarding and training materials to releases; collaborate with Sales and Solutions to scope training for prospects and contribute to SOWs; conduct live trainings, workshops, and webinars; run scoping sessions to tailor content; evolve onboarding agendas and materials; coach Services to deliver effective onboarding; feed product insights to Product; work with Product to reflect product intent in enablement assets; use AI by default to create and maintain content; ensure outputs are on-brand and high quality; contribute to scalable enablement processes that embed enablement into Product, Services, Support, and Sales operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product enablement, training, customer education, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 Level)
- Experience delivering training on Salesforce-based products
- Ability to train end users on how to navigate Salesforce
- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to build repeatable content workflows, not just to speed up one-off production
