Job Summary
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in full autonomy. Select, qualify, and recommend the best candidates to clients while following up on them throughout the recruitment process. Leverage your own specialization in recruitment channels and industry knowledge to deliver localized solutions for global clients across more than 30 countries. Work at your own pace without commitment, accessing a wide range of opportunities without needing to search for them. Earn attractive success bonuses starting at 2,000 Euros with payment guarantees provided by BSF.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of recruitment experience (including internships and apprenticeships)
- able to spend a certain amount of time each day on recruitment projects
- good interpersonal skills
- perseverance
- your own specialization in the field of recruitment as well as recruitment channels
