Job Summary
Evaluate emerging technologies and establish investment priorities to optimize customer solutions and ensure architectural harmony across offerings. Determine technology placement within the portfolio, consolidate overlapping selections, and advise governance boards on emerging trends in industry verticals. Facilitate vendor partnerships to accelerate service delivery models and create compelling value for customers. Communicate technical vision, roadmaps, and standards to senior leaders and targeted customers with clarity. Manage resources for cross-functional initiatives and drive synergies across all solutions. This role supports Ricoh's US Portfolio evolution by modernizing traditional services and transforming solution delivery models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years' experience developing and delivering technology solutions to customers
- 5 years' experience developing technology roadmaps and service offerings for a technology company or service provider
- Experience leading large, complex, development projects within a matrixed organization
- Experience in organizational change management
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
Desired Qualifications
- majority of that experience in emerging IT services
