Job Summary
Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) role within our drone-operations talent network. Responsibilities include conducting and overseeing commercial drone operations under applicable regulations, performing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight activities, assessing flight readiness and conditions, monitoring safety/compliance, incident reporting/documentation, and collaboration with field operations, maintenance, and support teams. Requires FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, experience with commercial UAS operations, strong knowledge of airspace and safety procedures. BVLOS, logistics/delivery/inspection/autonomous operations experience is a plus; ability to operate in dynamic environments. Location: San Francisco, CA; Contract role.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Experience with commercial UAS operations
- Strong understanding of airspace, safety, and operational procedures
