Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and maintain accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes while staying current on telehealth innovations and medical advancements. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships. Schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with scheduling at least one week in advance. Requires an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and DEA certification. Join a leading telemedicine network focused on addiction care and underserved communities, supported by streamlined EMR technology and dedicated onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms
- Comfort using EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
