Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their usage, collaborating with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Maintain appropriate medical documentation and stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices. This role requires an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five, including CA, FL, NC, PA, TX) and a DEA certification. Physicians must commit to 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM) over four days, scheduling at least one week in advance. Compensation includes $35 per consult, with many providers earning over $400K annually. Join a network focused on addiction treatment and expanding access to care in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
