Job Summary

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and maintain medical documentation. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while staying current with telehealth innovations and medical advancements. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with licensing in five U.S. states required. Join a growing network expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities through streamlined telemedicine technology and dedicated support.

Required Qualifications

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
  • Critical to be licensed in at least five states
  • Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
  • Work 8AM-6PM locally
  • Work over four days each week
  • Schedule at least one week in advance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to medical excellence
  • Ability to use telemedicine platforms
  • Ability to use EMRs
  • At least one DEA certification
  • Applicable CSL (if required)
