Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, while prescribing medications and guiding proper usage (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine). Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, maintaining appropriate documentation for continuity. Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices. Commit to at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, scheduling one week in advance. Requires an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five), including CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX, plus DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
