Job Summary
Develop comprehensive medication management plans, coordinate patient care services, and consult with healthcare providers to evaluate clinical progress. Maintain precise records of patient pharmaceutical care, guide patients through telepsychiatry processes, and collaborate to identify unique therapeutic needs. Serve as an empathetic resource for patients, addressing inquiries regarding prescription billing and insurance coverage while proactively managing appointment scheduling. Conduct regular clinical check-ins to document and report on patient adherence to prescribed therapies. Work 9 AM to 6 PM EST on Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday schedules, adhering to strict HIPAA confidentiality and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Psychology, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related clinical field
- 5+ years of experience in a patient coordinator, clinical pharmacist, or clinical associate role
- Experience preferably within a remote healthcare environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English-C1)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Willingness to work 9 AM to 6 PM EST
- Schedule flexibility for Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
- Strict commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Adherence to the highest ethical standards of pharmacy practice
