Job Summary
Remote Personal Assistant to support content, branding and systems tasks for a sustainability/social-change organisation. Responsibilities include writing/editing newsletters for Substack, scheduling social posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), editing video in CapCut, drafting/internal/external reports, managing email flows, supporting digital content across platforms, creating on-brand templates in Canva, ensuring visual consistency, producing graphics/assets, building and managing Zapier automations, maintaining CRM/workflows in Keap and Customer Hub, basic WordPress updates, organizing digital files, managing content calendars, tracking deliverables, supporting community engagement via Circle, and assisting with Zoom coordination and virtual event logistics. Tools used include Substack, CapCut, Canva, Zapier, Keap, Customer Hub, WordPress, Circle, Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Notion, OneDrive. Ideal candidate is a strong written communicator, highly organized, independent, tech-curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with an interest in nonprofit/impact work. Experience in nonprofit or social impact sectors is a bonus; background in science, health, or behavioural fields is an advantage but not required.
