RN in Orlando, FL provides courteous responses and excellent customer service while fielding inquiries from consumers, clinic staff, physicians, colleagues, and leaders. Performs virtual nursing care within the nursing scope, conducts triage of callers to assess symptoms and acuity, develops patient care plans, and refers to healthcare providers or resources as needed. Documents interactions and maintains consumer records per workflows, with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) on the AdventHealth Campus. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and an ADN; 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; virtual care monitoring experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
