Job Summary

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 5–17) and their families using modalities such as CBT, Exposure Therapy, PMT, PCIT, and CPP. Deliver interventions through partner school districts and health plans while collaborating with families and school staff to ensure coordinated care. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation including intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes using our platform. Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings. Maintain a minimum 7-client caseload during Rhode Island peak hours from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Required Qualifications

  • independently licensed therapists in Rhode Island
  • passionate about working with children and families
  • provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our partner school districts and health plans
  • collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care
  • Minimum 7 client caseload
  • sessions during Rhode Island peak hours: Monday - Saturday: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
  • Master's-level therapist fully and independently licensed in Rhode Island (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
  • Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
  • Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice
  • Committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care
  • Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided
  • Applicants must reside in (or relocate to) one of these states prior to employment
