Maintain detailed CRM notes and meet monthly performance goals while staying current on procedures and financing options. This role supports a high-trust consultative sales environment focused on helping individuals feel confident about their health and appearance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in dental treatment coordination, sales, or healthcare consultations
- Strong knowledge of dental services, especially cosmetic, implant, or restorative procedures
- Proven ability to close high-ticket services through phone or video consultations
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening ability
- Experience using CRM software, Zoom, or other virtual tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
