Job Summary
Remote P&C Licensed Insurance CSR role in AAA The Auto Club Group. Responsible for providing high-level customer service in a high-volume call center, explaining product features, generating quotes, processing applications and endorsements, taking payments, and assisting agents to resolve issues. Requires a Property & Casualty license, strong multitasking across chat, voice, and email, and the ability to meet sales production goals while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- May be required to attain and maintain state membership licenses as appropriate by the department
- Experience providing customer-focused service in a PC Windows environment
- Ability to navigate multiple sources of information and perform monetary transactions
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work in a remote call center environment
