Job Summary
Remote Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing new business with distributors, expanding relationships with distributor and customer accounts, and engaging directly with local, state, municipal, and federal law enforcement and military prospective customers. You will travel to industry trade shows and customer sites, respond to RFQs/RFPs, manage sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams on ITAR/EAR and contract compliance, maintain a book of business, ensure delivery and payment reconciliation, and maintain product knowledge and certifications (NIJ 0101.06/0101.07). Strong emphasis on networking with distributors, prospecting new opportunities, and achieving a performance-based compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years sales experience required
- 2+ years LE, military, federal/state agency, or tactical gear/firearm equipment experience required
- Ability to travel up to 50% required
- Comfort with cold calling and lead generation required
- Ability to work independently and with a small team required
