Job Summary
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes per company policy. Provide excellent customer service to clients, collaborate with the team to fill community gaps, and utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to guidelines and protocol. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. This role supports Ellie Mental Health's mission to destigmatize mental health and expand access to quality care through innovative, values-driven practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will be credentialed with insurance panels
