Job Summary
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting products and services while identifying needs and offering tailored solutions. Close sales to meet performance targets and maintain detailed records of all call interactions. This role requires a self-motivated communicator with a high school diploma, working independently from home with a reliable internet connection. Applicants must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace
Desired Qualifications
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
