Job Summary
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, services, or special offers. Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups while maintaining accurate records of all call and customer interactions. Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets using a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. This role is ideal for persuasive, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people from a home-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening

- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
