Job Summary
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, services, or special offers. Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups while maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets. This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection. Applicants must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening

- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
