Job Summary
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, services, or special offers. Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups as needed while maintaining accurate records of all call and customer interactions. Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets in a remote work-at-home environment in Canada. This role requires a high school diploma, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace, with previous sales or call center experience preferred. Applicants must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace

- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred
