Job Summary
Monitor staff rotas, holidays, sickness records, and timesheets while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and locum staffing. Manage dental compliance requirements, audits, and regulatory checks; track clinical KPIs including recalls, appointments, and treatment claims. Oversee financial administration for expenses, invoices, wages, and debt collection; coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance schedules. Produce reports and performance data for management, support practice managers with operational projects, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and negotiate supplier agreements. Fully remote role based in South Africa, working 9 am–5 pm UK time.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental, medical, healthcare, or multi-site clinical administration role
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, operational processes, and practice administration
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Experience working with practice management systems and administrative software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working UK business hours
