Job Summary
Manage and lead remote teams by setting goals, performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Develop and implement remote work processes, procedures, and standards while analyzing data to identify improvement areas and drive operational excellence. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and data security across virtual teams and with stakeholders including customers and vendors. Maintain relationships with partners and stay current on industry trends and new technologies to support innovation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management and at least one year of experience in remote operations management.
