Job Summary
Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival and lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism. Maintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams to ensure seamless operations, while managing and resolving support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores. Work from the Polanco office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. This individual contributor role focuses on hands-on execution within Landing's flexible living model, collaborating with hosts and the Member Support Team to deliver unmatched satisfaction for members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
- Ability to work from our Polanco office

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to own relationships and resolve issues proactively
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
