Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and consultations for emergency department and inpatient teams via telehealth, specifically serving patients aged 5 and older. Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNPs and utilize Epic EMR to evaluate patients across varying levels of acuity. Deliver care remotely from the comfort of your home while adhering to a full-time nocturnist schedule of 13–16 overnight shifts per month, including rotating weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency Consult-Liaison Psychiatry experience via telehealth
- Experience and willingness to evaluate patients ages 5+ in Emergency Department settings
- Telehealth experience using Epic EMR
- Comfortable working across multiple health systems and varying levels of patient acuity
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
- Active medical license
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program
- 2+ Years of Consult-Liaison Experience Post-Residency
- Full-Time Remote Nocturnist Consult-Liaison Psychiatrists
- 100% Remote
- Full-time nocturnist schedule (13–16 overnight shifts per month)
