Job Summary
As a Collections Representative, you will engage with consumers to manage their delinquent accounts using a consultative approach. Responsibilities include providing methods and solutions for account resolution, managing inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires strong verbal communication skills and the ability to navigate software for documentation. Experience in collections or related fields is strongly preferred. This full-time position offers competitive pay with potential for uncapped commission, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
