Job Summary
Senior Manager of Business Intelligence leads the BI strategy and analytics roadmap for ConnectureDRX, mentors a data-team (data engineers, data analysts, Power BI developers), partners with product management and engineering, ensures data governance and HIPAA compliance, and drives data-driven solutions across healthcare/Medicare domains. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, platform oversight (Microsoft Fabric), and collaboration with sales, marketing, and client services to deliver high-impact analytics and expand the analytics product offering. Remote role with preference for Milwaukee/Wisconsin. Qualifications include 6+ years in BI/data analytics, 3+ years in leadership, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric expertise, healthcare/Medicare experience, and a Bachelor's (Master’s preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric (or predecessors)
- Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets and Medicare data
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and actionable analytics
