Job Summary
Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using Service Now to identify inefficiencies and optimize efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed plans using Atlassian Jira and Kanban boards. Conduct data analysis to identify trends in supply chain performance, develop comprehensive documentation, and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Continuously evaluate project performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions. Requires 5-8 years of experience with Agile, Lean, and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst or similar role

- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
- Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile project management and Kanban boards
