Job Summary
Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned K-12 students to improve their overall mental health and well-being, balancing 90% clinical services with 10% administrative responsibilities. Maintain independent or supervised associate licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) and ensure professional liability coverage lists Gaggle as an additional insured. Work remotely from any U.S. location with flexible scheduling including school-day, after-school, evening, and weekend sessions. Receive an annual $200 contract stipend and paid cross-licensing fees. Gaggle supports student safety and well-being through free teletherapy for K-12 students and school staff across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar)
- Experience working with children in the K-12 age range
- Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
- Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
- Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of counseling experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Dual-state licensure
