Remote Mental Health Therapist - New Jersey

Job Summary
Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned K-12 students to improve their overall mental health and well-being, maintaining a 90% clinical services focus with minimal administrative duties. Manage flexible scheduling across school-day, after-school, evening, and weekend slots while navigating telehealth platforms and maintaining required professional liability and bodily injury coverage. This role offers 100% remote work from any U.S. location, includes an annual $200 stipend, and provides no billing insurance to support students regardless of ability to pay. Gaggle has been supporting student safety and well-being for over 20 years through free teletherapy partnerships with school districts.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LPCA, LSW or similiar)
- Experience working with children in the K-12 age range
- Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
- Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
- Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured
- 100% remote work
